Mega: So, lunches probably are the hardest part to plan since I don't like to cart around a whole meal and such. Usually they end up being leftovers from the night before. Today I didn't have anything but celery, pineapple and almonds to eat. As this is unacceptable, I emailed Low to see if he was down for going to lunch, which, thankfully, he was. Since eating out is really hard, we opted to go up to the grocery store and buy supplies for a salad. It turned out so yummy!! The ingredients are as follows: salad, radishes, cucumber, red bell pepper, olive oil, salt, and chopped up basil. For desert we had a kiwi.
After work we went over to Costco to renew our supplies. We found that they sold packaged mango slices! I, of course, bought some of those along with tons of other fruit. We also bought some ground turkey. Dinner tonight consisted of a turkey burger (with fresh rosemary and garlic salt mixed in) over a bed of lettuce and a side of steamed broccoli.
